A repair facility is only as good as the tools it can bring to bear on a problem. A motor rewound without VPI treatment is a short-lived repair. A pump returned to service without dynamic balancing will vibrate itself back to failure. A generator rebuilt without a load bank is a roll of the dice. We invested to eliminate those compromises — so every repair that leaves the shop is one we're willing to put a warranty on.
Capabilities In Detail
Winding & Rewinding
Purpose-built winding stations for AC and DC motors from fractional horsepower through 2,000 HP. Standard insulation class is H (180°C) or better. All rewinds are VPI impregnated in our vacuum-pressure vessel with epoxy resin — the process eliminates voids in the winding, maximizes dielectric strength, and delivers service life comparable to factory-new windings.
Precision Machining
On-site CNC machining for shaft repair, bearing housing restoration, impeller machining, and general precision work. Critical for rebuilds where original components are worn but not scrappable.
Dynamic Balancing
Two-ton capable balancing stand for motor rotors, pump impellers, fans, and any rotating assembly. Balancing is non-negotiable for anything returning to high-speed service.
Testing Laboratory
Full-load bank testing for generators. Surge, hipot, and insulation resistance testing for windings. No-load and full-load run stations for motors. Vibration and temperature instrumentation for condition verification. Every unit that leaves the shop has a written test record documenting its performance against specification.
