What marine generator repair services do you offer?

Do you provide pump repair services?

What is electric motor rewinding?
Rewinding restores worn or damaged motor windings to original or better-than-new condition. We service AC and DC motors from fractional HP to 2,000 HP. Process includes tear-down, core burn-out, core test, rewinding with Class H insulation, VPI impregnation, balancing, surge testing, and full-load testing.

How are service calls priced?
Diagnostic visits are typically billed at an hourly dispatch rate plus truck charge. Actual repair scope is quoted in writing after diagnosis, fixed-scope. For emergency after-hours dispatch, premium rates apply. PM contracts are priced annually.
Do you offer warranty on your work?
Yes — standard warranty is 90 days parts and labor on repairs. Rewound motors carry an extended warranty against winding defects.
Can you handle explosion-proof or hazardous-area equipment?
Yes. Common for petrochemical, chemical, and marine applications. Repairs follow NEC/IEC Ex-rated procedures and are documented for compliance.
Do you offer preventive maintenance contracts?

Can you work to ABS, DNV-GL, or Coast Guard standards?
