Repair & Rebuild Every Pump That Matters
When a critical pump fails, the downstream impact is rarely small — a fire pump failure is a life-safety issue, a booster pump failure knocks out water pressure to the upper floors of a building, a ballast pump failure costs a vessel its trim control, and a process pump failure can stop a manufacturing line dead. Our pump practice covers repair, rebuilding, and service across all three of our specialties — commercial, marine, and industrial — with fast turnaround for the assets where downtime has a dollar cost.
Repair or Rebuild?
- Repair — seal replacement, bearing service, impeller trim, targeted work. Shortest turnaround, lowest cost.
- Rebuild — complete disassembly, inspection, machining as required, new seals/bearings/wear rings, impeller balancing, reassembly, and performance testing. Full restoration of service life.
Pump Types We Service
- Centrifugal pumps — end-suction, split-case, multistage, vertical and horizontal configurations.
- Submersible pumps — sewage, dewatering, well pumps, and industrial submersible applications.
- Booster pumps — building water pressure systems, including variable-speed controlled booster packages.
- Fire pumps — NFPA 20 compliant fire protection pumps, electric and diesel-driven, with full NFPA 25 testing support.
- Sewage ejector pumps — commercial and industrial lift stations.
- Process pumps — chemical, food-grade, and industrial process applications.
